The human gut contains trillions of bacteria, comprising over 400 species. The majority are beneficial but some can adversely effect the body’s own defenses. You are exposed every day to hostile bacteria through food and drink. To counterbalance these invaders, you need to ensure a healthy level of “beneficial” bacteria. The healthy level of good bacteria in the gut can be reduced by factors such as poor diet, antibiotics, foreign travel, stress, aging, and infection. A convenient way of maintaining the healthy balance in the gut is to use a probiotic.

General Use One to two capsules twice daily with food. If taking two or more capsules daily, divide daily dose in two. Antibiotic Therapy Take four capsules daily, ideally at a different time of day from the antibiotics. If possible begin no later than taking the first antibiotic. Continue taking for at least two weeks after completion of the antibiotic course. For Travellers Take two capsules daily for one week before travel. Increase to 4 capsules daily during travel. Continue to take for at least two weeks following end of travel. If taking anti-malarials, continue for at least two weeks after completion of the course. Do not take with very hot food or very hot drinks.
Allergen Statement: Contains soy and milk ingredients in trace amounts. The levels of milk ingredients should not affect those who are lactose intolerant.
